Course and batch

Employee Transportation Foundations. Course fee ₹999 per learner for four live Google Meet sessions, in English, on Sundays 1, 8, 15 and 22 November 2026. Select morning 11:00–13:00 IST or afternoon 16:00–18:00 IST. Maximum 50 learners per batch. Each session lasts two hours. Interest registration is free, non-binding and does not reserve a seat.

Payment and access

Pay through the Razorpay Payment Page for your selected batch. Use the Google account email you intend to use for Academy access. Keep your payment reference and receipt. VEYTIVA verifies the successful payment, learner email and batch allocation before granting Academy access and sharing private joining links. A payment receipt does not automatically create an Academy account or confirm course completion. Contact academy@veytiva.com for course/access questions.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before the first class of your selected batch begins for a full refund of the course fee paid. After the first class, cancellation qualifies for a proportional refund for future unattended sessions remaining when VEYTIVA receives the request. Each of the four sessions represents one quarter of the course fee actually paid. A past missed session alone does not qualify for a refund. If VEYTIVA cancels the course, you receive a full refund. If VEYTIVA changes the dates or selected batch times, you may accept the new arrangements or request a refund before attending under the revised arrangements.

Send refund requests to accounts@veytiva.com with your name, registration email, batch and payment reference. Do not send payment PINs, passwords or full card details. VEYTIVA acknowledges requests within two business days and initiates approved refunds within seven business days. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and bank. Refunds return through the original payment route where supported.

Completion requirements

Attend at least three of the four live sessions. Agree and complete a catch-up task for any missed session. Submit all four practice exercises and complete any requested corrections to a satisfactory standard. Submit corrections and agreed catch-up work within seven days after the final session, unless VEYTIVA agrees an extension.

Learners meeting these requirements receive a VEYTIVA Certificate of Completion for Employee Transportation Foundations. This is not a government-recognised qualification or third-party accreditation. Job placement or employment is not guaranteed. Recordings are not promised. Contact academy@veytiva.com to arrange catch-up work or send requested exercise corrections. Exercise review, attendance confirmation and certificate issue are managed by VEYTIVA; the Academy does not issue certificates automatically.
