Privacy Notice

Who handles your information

VEYTIVA Learning handles this form and the information you submit. Contact info@veytiva.com with the subject “Privacy request” for questions, corrections, complaints or deletion.

What we collect

Your name, email and contact permission, plus any optional role, transport experience, Sunday batch availability, language support requests, learning goals/questions and WhatsApp number/permission you provide. The form also records submission time. Do not include identity documents, payment details, confidential workplace information or sensitive personal information.

Purpose

To respond to your interest, send program syllabus, schedule, fee and enrollment instructions, and organize the program. WhatsApp follow-up occurs only with both a number and separate permission. We do not add you to groups or unrelated marketing lists.

Choices

Optional answers can be skipped. You may choose not to submit and email an enquiry instead. Email info@veytiva.com to withdraw email or WhatsApp permission, access or correct your information, request deletion or raise a concern. Use your registration email where possible. Limited verification may be needed. We aim to acknowledge within seven days and resolve within 30 days, or explain a delay. Withdrawal stops further program updates through the relevant channel.

Access and services

Access is limited to authorized VEYTIVA Learning personnel managing this program. We do not sell your details or publish individual responses. Google Forms stores responses; Google Sheets may be used to manage them. Responses also sync to VEYTIVA’s private CRM using Google Firebase/Cloud Firestore for authorised program administration. Email services handle follow-up and WhatsApp handles opted-in updates. Providers may process data outside India. Provider policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. Disclosure may occur where required by applicable law.

Retention

Interest records are kept for up to six months from submission, then deleted from active form responses, linked spreadsheets, the private CRM and working exports. Earlier deletion can be requested unless a specific legal obligation requires retention, which we will explain. If you enroll, course and payment data handling will be explained separately. Registration does not authorize indefinite marketing.

Protection

We restrict access to the form and response files and do not publish response summaries. No online service guarantees absolute security. Report concerns to info@veytiva.com.

Optional website analytics

When you choose “Allow analytics”, the public website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and clicks on course payment links, the interest form, the syllabus and WhatsApp. A click does not prove that a form was submitted, payment was completed or a seat was allocated. Google receives event and device/browser information and uses analytics cookies. We send only fixed public page paths and recognised campaign sources, excluding arbitrary URL queries, form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment references and private CRM or Academy records. Advertising storage and personalisation are disabled. Analytics is not installed in the private CRM or Academy.

Before permission, no Google Analytics tag loads or events are sent. “Continue without analytics” leaves the website fully usable. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to withdraw permission; this stops tracking and removes this site’s analytics cookies, but does not delete already collected reports. Your browser stores the choice for up to 180 days. Providers may process data outside India. See how Google uses information from websites.

Changes

We update the notice date when it changes. A new use will be explained and permission sought where required.
